Important: If an item is defective, please contact the manufacturer directly through their website — all warranties on the products we distribute are handled directly with the manufacturer.

Returns Policy

Items shipped from www.abcdistributionus.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products may have different policies or requirements associated with them, which will be communicated at the time of quotation.

Manufacturer Warranties

All warranties on the products we distribute (including Delta, Moen, Zurn, Schlage, Fluidmaster, Royal Homes, and other authorized brands) are handled directly with the manufacturer. ABC Distribution USA LLC facilitates the return and claim process where required, but does not provide separate warranties on distributed products.

Refunds

ABC Distribution USA LLC will inform you of the applicable refund terms when you contact us. We will inspect all returned items when they arrive at our facility.

If your return is the result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged in transit), we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.

If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of use, we will issue a partial refund minus the original shipping charges and return shipping fees. Products decrease in value over time. Therefore, a reduced refund will be issued for returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery, or received more than 45 days after delivery.

You can expect your refund within four weeks from the date you return your package. In most cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for:

Damaged Items in Shipping

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact us within 5 business days. Photographs of the damage are required. We will work with the carrier and, where applicable, the manufacturer to resolve the claim.
